EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Lob City Pickleball is a 12-court indoor pickleball club concept that’s interested in establishing a location in the East Valley. They provide exclusive annual memberships, which give members access to the club, pick up games, tournaments, and more. The concept offers clinics and private lessons to members, as well. Through this specialized coaching, members gain attention & guidance to further increase their utilization.
Ancillary product offerings include paddles, and other pickleball gear for sale/rent. This includes custom-fit pickleball paddles. Their goal is to create a unique & affordable experience that caters to each member.
Lob City Pickleball has already been approved for funding by the SBA, and is on target to open in Q4 of 2024.
Meet JJ, Mark, & Andrew

Co-Founder
Mark graduated from The University of Alabama with a Business Administration degree and later earned his JD from Arizona Summit Law School. A former college athlete, he thrives on challenges. Now a franchise owner with Crumbl, Mark enjoys running three locations in Indiana while consulting for Crumbl HQ in Ohio. Next up? A pickleball facility in Gilbert, Arizona.

JJ Miller, M.B.A., a business consultant at Crumbl, combines a love for sports with professional expertise. The upcoming pickleball facility is set to be a hub of stories and lessons for diverse communities, reflecting JJ's passion for both business and sports.

Andrew Brody is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Major League Soccer club Real Salt Lake. He fell in love with Pickleball in his most recent off season.
