EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Sonoran Speed Shop is an Arizona-based Porsche Motorsport Specialist that is in search of a new headquarters in the East Valley. Founded by the President of the exclusive HRGruppe, they aim to provide top-quality service for race-built Porsches, and their owners. Services include luxury detailing, accessory fit-outs, and maintenance for each unit.

Clients of the Sonoran Speed Shop require their vehicles to be consistently serviced, maintained, and improved - both on and off of the track. The owner, Eric, has multiple decades of experience in the Porsche community, and now works hard to serve some of the most prominent names in the racing collective.
