EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Uncle Javi’s Café plans to provide high quality coffee products, a diverse beer selection, and well-crafted cocktails to residents of Phoenix, AZ. In addition, weekly evening events will be hosted to satisfy the demand of nightlife within midtown/uptown Phoenix including: real estate/entrepreneurial mixers, latin social nights, karaoke events, date nights, and curated live music sessions on weekends.

The concept will target young professionals/entrepreneurs, coffee/cocktail enthusiasts, and remote workers that enjoy networking and gathering over coffee, cocktails, and music.

Initially, the group will focus on serving coffee enthusiasts within Central Phoenix, and eventually expand the concept from a café, into a truly authentic Mexican cantina (space permitting), while maintaining an original nighttime social environment.

USE OF SPACE

  • UJC will source international flavors to provide to customers, and will serve it to customers. This also includes accompanying bites, which will be separately sourced and sold.

  • UJC intends to apply for its Series 7 & 12, and will serve alcoholic beverages to its customers in the afternoon and evenings.

  • The concept will have an ongoing schedule of evening/late night social events, which will drive after-hours traffic to the property, and will also provide an ancillary form of income.

  • Founder & Director of Operations

    Luis is the primary driver & visionary behind UJC. With over a decade of experience in Phoenix Hospitality, ranging from entry level to management positions, he intends to invest his experience, capital, & time into ensuring the success of the concept. With connections throughout Arizona social and professional networks, Luis is sure to galvanize the best-of-the-best into patronizing Uncle Javi’s.

  • Investor & Consultant

    As a previous owner of some of the most well-known concepts throughout the Valley, Steve is a key addition to the UJC team. His nearly 40 years of hospitality & restaurant ownership experience with bustling concepts like the former Rula Bula Irish Pub, will be a catalyst for future success.

  • Director of Marketing

    Katie has spent years developing a massive social network within the Phoenix Metro Area. Her knowledge of social media advertisements, product promotion, & consumer engagement have created lasting results, such as a personal 35,000+ Instagram follower count. The understanding Katie is bringing to the table will be an undeniably crucial element for brand recognition amongst Phoenix residents.
